town centre restaurant to be awarded an AA rosette by serving some of
the town's finest cuisine. Whether you eat in our relaxing
Brasserie or grab a quick sandwich or snack in our coffee shop you are
guaranteed the pick of Staffordshire's local produce. We work
closely with local suppliers and producers to ensure that all our
menus, from Vegetarian to A La Carte, are made from only the freshest
and finest ingredients and, where possible, are free of genetically
modified products. All of our food is prepared to order, maintaining the freshness and quality that makes us worthy of rosette status. We
are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements and simply ask
that you bring these requests and any specific food allergies to our
