All the staff at Ego are selected for their friendliness and their professionalism, and we’re very lucky to have an incredibly talented bunch of people working with us. Some of them hail from just around the corner while others come from Spain, Italy and from right across Europe. It gives all our restaurants a truly cosmopolitan flavour and a real holiday atmosphere. Of course, there’s a whole lot of loveliness in our food too. All our dishes are prepared to the very highest standards using only the finest ingredients. We make all our own stocks, sauces and desserts and we cook everything fresh to order. And although we’ve won an award or two for our food, we don’t get snooty about it. It’s seeing happy customers that really makes our day.
