Description
Forestside Farm is an Organic Dairy Farm set in 156 acres of beautiful, undulating Staffordshire countryside providing wonderful views of the Dove Valley and Weaver Hills, a very rural part of the County.

With acres of beautiful countryside right on your doorstep, there are plenty of local walks to enjoy both on the Farm and in the surrounding countryside.

The site has hard standings for 5 caravans, with hook up for electricity and adjacent water, together with CDP. There is also a paddock area for approximately 12 tents, making this site peaceful and uncrowded.

Toilets and COMPLIMENTARY SHOWERS - 2 Ladies toilet/shower rooms and 2 Gents toilets/shower rooms. Also washing up area with fridge, kettle and microwave.

There is coarse fishing available on a small (half acre) pool. The pool contains a mixture of coarse fish and day passes (limited) are available from the farm.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

The nearby villages of Marchington and Draycott in the Clay have Shop/Post Office with fresh bread and milk, newspapers available. Butchers shop also close by, for all your requirements for the BBQ!

Uttoxeter has a Farmers  Market, the last Saturday of every month. Enjoy coffee and cake at "Indulgence Cafe" in the centre of town.

Locally there are plenty of country pubs and eating places to suit all tastes.

• Marchington is 5 miles from the Staffordshire market town of Uttoxeter, which boasts the best regional racecourse in the country.
• Alton Towers is approx 25 min drive, as is the Peak District, Ashbourne, Lichfield and Cannock Chase.
• Sudbury Hall and Kedleston are two of the many National Trust properties within easy reach.

The site offers the perfect base for a weekend break or longer holiday to explore the surrounding area. A little corner of paradise, ideal for those wanting to enjoy the countryside, with superb views to enjoy over a glass of wine.
