Description
The Chop House has been carefully converted from the farm corn shed where the animal feed was once chopped and mixed. It features original beams and pleasant views of the farmyard, duck pond and surrounding countryside.

It is provides accomodation for up to six people and is ideally situated for exploring the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District.

The Chop House has been awarded a rating of FOUR STARS by the English Tourism Council.

Facilities include:

• 3 twin bedrooms
• Bathroom with bath/shower and toilet
• Separate toilet
• Fully equipped kitchen /dining room (including microwave oven, fridge freezer and washer dryer)
• Comfortable sitting room with colour television, dvd and stereo.
• Night storage heaters
• Cot and high chair
• Linen provided (towels at extra cost)
• Sheltered, well fenced garden with table and seats
• Ample off road parking next to the cottage

The Chop House is available for weekly lets and short breaks (minimum 3 days) outside peak season.

The Hay Loft is a first floor apartment over the old stable and is approachedby the original internal stone steps. It was once the loft storing food for the farm Shire Horses and gives excellent views over the farm and surrounding countryside.

It provides accomodation for two people and is ideally situated for exploring the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District.

The Hay Loft has been awarded a rating of FOUR STARS by the English Tourism Council.

Facilties include:
• Bathroom with shower
• Fully equiped kitchen area (including microwave, oven, fridge freezer and washer dryer).
• Open plan living room (including colour television, DVD and radio/CD player).
• Outside area with seating.
